Chinese built Consolidation #1647. Essex, early 1990's. The second one that was built specifically for the Valley Railroad in Connecticut(the first one lies at the bottom of New York Harbor...Lifting straps broke. So the story goes.) This loco was sold to a tour line late 1990's and renumbered 164.
