......or a farm with the fences funneling down to a meat packing plant .....

Catt #1 applies to me as well and we are having plent of cold damp weather. Right now it's 17 degrees with a light coating of snow, which was preceded by 3 inches of 40 degree rain.
Doc and T, a meat packing plant for dairy cows? Really?
You're right: I
do know that Holsteins are dairy cattle, so I should have said dog food plant instead - or perhaps a cattle feed plant....I believe that's the method currently in favour for spreading mad cow disease.
Wayne
Mike , CANADIAN dairy cows are different .
T
Yeah, a lot of mixed herds here in the '30s, although it's a little odd that they've all got a similar build and size.
Mike, these cows in the background, despite their colour, are very closely related to those on your layout....
...as they're also N scale.
Wayne
I think you are right Doc, T I'll have to take your word for it.
Tyson, looking good! And a classic scene if there is!

Ahah! That's what you get when all genitors for a race are from the same ancestry!!!
The N scale cows trick is awesome... I once thought about using N scale building in background, never dared to do it.

Forced perspective works !

Mooooooo........N scale cow

Took a break from the cows and the scenery building and played with the camera:
Great picture! Nice engine house too, by the way.
